Conditions of our services


# Our service is basically available every day except from Dec 29 to Jan 3.

# Our services are free of charge. However, you are required to pay 2000yen/guide/day to our guide(s) for their transportation to/from their home and your meeting point.

# In addition to the above 2000yen, you are required to pay the guide's transportation, meals and admission fees as well as yours during the guiding.

# We will provide a group of 5 visitors or less with 1 guide and a group of more than 5 visitors with 2 guides or more.

# Our service is basically available from 9am to 6pm.

# Please note that Fukuoka SGG is not responsible/liable for any accident that may occur during our guiding.

We will reply you within three days through e-mail whether we can meet your request or not.
If you do not receive our reply within three days, please let us know by sending e-mail to

We are afraid that we may not meet your request if you do not keep the guide day once you fixed.
